One of our principal dentists Dr Sam Cobley provides our implant service. Sam has trained and studied implantology extensively throughout the UK and Europe over many years and continues to do so. He is a member of the International Team of Implantology and regularly attends study groups and meetings.
What are dental implants?
A dental implant is a titanium screw, which is placed directly into your jawbone. A tooth can then be fitted onto this which replaces your natural missing tooth.
Implants can be placed to replace a single tooth, multiple teeth or to hold dentures in place in a similar way that roots support natural teeth.
Having missing teeth can really knock your confidence as well as affect your ability to eat and speak. Dental implants offer a long lasting comfortable solution to missing teeth. They feel just like your own teeth.
